You'll be in-charge of the supervision and coordination of building & construction projects. You're responsible for the completion of the project, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance to the specified quality and standards. You'll be involved in drafting plans, design consultation, budget cost estimation, workflow and process review, site supervision and work coordination.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Civil & Structural Engineering;

- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in construction/project works environment;

- Good team player with great communication skills (both in Manipuri and English)

You'll be responsible in meeting clients to understand their needs and requirements. You'll be producing architectural/design concepts and assist in design presentation. Together with team members, you'll be working on the project costings/estimation, and manage project workflow and material sourcing to ensure that works are completed in accordance to the specified quality and requirements.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Architecture or relevant fields;

- Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite;

- Good presentation and communication skills.

No. of Position: 02

You'll be responsible for preparing design concepts with sketches, 2D and 3D drawings to meet expectation of budget of clients. You'll be handling all design-related scope and work closely with team in presenting ideas and concepts to clients. You'll also be working on project timeline and cost estimation with team support, and assist in the execution of project plans according to schedule and company's standard.

Requirements:

- Possess any Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Interior Designing or equivalent

- Around 1 - 3 years of working experience in interior design

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3Dsmax, Sketchup etc.

- Good communication skills in both Manipuri and English

- Creative thinking and good problem-solving abilities

- Team player with positive learning attitude

You'll be responsible in providing high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded in an professional and timely manner. You'll be reaching out to clients via tele calls and emails, keeping track and following up with leads and prospects. You'll also be verifying information upon client on-boarding and assist in team to identify market trends and opportunities. 

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in any fields, have strong interest in sales and marketing functions

- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Manipuri

- Proficient in email functions and Microsoft Office

- Photoshop skills and social media photo-taking skills are an advantage

- Able to carry self professionally, and keen to follow training packages and be groomed into a team leader role
